Menu Planning for your Wedding
When it comes to planning a menu for your day, think about
the things that you are wanting out of the meal. Do you want people to get up for a buffet or for stations or are you looking for everyone to stay in their seats and get served? Once you have decided on the style of meal then you can start to plan your menu.
A menu can be everything you want it to be with the proper planning. Take into account your favorite foods, your family’s favorite food and even family food traditions.
A few things to remember:
· Always take into account things that you have seen at past weddings that you liked and didn’t like.
· Some items that can be on a buffet cannot be on a plated style meal.
· Make sure to ask your cater if they are able to make special plates for those with dietary restrictions
· Take your caterers advice when starting the process
